Poll Shows Travel Agent Role important in 2013

OldTimeTravelOfficeThe folks over at Travel Mole recently conducted a poll of their newsletter subscribers and site visitors in regards to the role of travel agents in 2013.  Not surprisingly, a majority believe that the human element provided by traditional travel agents is still important, especially with the growing on-line travel universe.  While many travel agents maintain an online presence it appears that the mortar side of “click & mortar” is still in demand.
